The attention-seeking Lady GaGa has certainly lived-up to her name again, after turning up at a German TV station to promote her new video wearing an outfit made out of Kermit the frog puppets, what a muppet!
She says that she dresses this way all the time because her whole life is art and her whole life is performance, yeah right, definitely got a screw loose there somewhere!
