Lindsay Lohan back inside!

Actress Lindsay Lohan was sent back to prison today after failing a court ordered drug test, she was taken straight into custody after being denied bail. She was ordered back to face the judge in Los Angeles Superior court on October 22nd.

The star will now be facing her third stint behind bars for a three year old drink driving case which followed two high profile arrests in 2007.

She has only managed to remain in prison for a total of two weeks and 84 minutes in her previous two stays in the Los Angeles prison, before being released due to over crowding.

Lohan admitted on her Twitter account that she had failed the drugs test, saying:

“Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps. This is certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I’m prepared to face the consequences.”

Fair Enough then!

Lindsay Lohan arrived at the Los Angeles jail yesterday to serve her 90-day sentence after breaking her parole when it was announced that her prison term is likely to be reduced due to overcrowding at the Lynwood correctional centre.

The 24-year-old could be out by the 1st-2nd August depending on good behaviour although the actress is being kept apart from the rest of the inmates for security reasons.

The prison was closed down for an hour as Lohan arrived in handcuffs amid cheers from her fellow inmates before being searched and dressed in the jail uniform of an orange jumpsuit.

The child-actress was in tears as she arrived before being photographed and led to her special needs cell which is the usual place for celebrity inmates and notorious prisoners.

Lohan will still have to serve the 90 day rehab term following her release with her father Michael pledging his support for his daughter and a promise to visit her every day if she will agree to see him despite her insistence that she does not want anything to do with him.

Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probation and will also have to serve a further 90 days as an in-patient on a substance abuse programme following her release.

Lohan was on probation after being arrested in July 2007 following a drink-driving charge and possession of cocaine but after just 84 minutes at the woman’s detention centre in Los Angeles was released due to overcrowding and given a three-year probation term.

The actress had an extra year added to the initial term last year after missing some of her alcohol-education classes due to work commitments!  Lohan then failed to turn-up at her court appearance as she was attending the Cannes Film Festival but arrived four-days later where she was ordered to wear a Scram alcohol bracelet and had to undergo random drug testing.

Lohan was seen sobbing in court as the judge slammed her for not taking her probation condition seriously despite the actress blaming the error on her busy work schedule!

Lindsay Lohan is denying that there is any reason for the SCRAM alcohol monitoring bracelet to have gone off while at a party following the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday evening.

The 23-year-old actress had been banned from drinking under the conditions of her recent probation for a drink/driving conviction and was given a $100,000 bail term.

It is still unclear if the American had been drinking alcohol or if the device had been tampered with, however, Lohan’s attorney along with a prosecutor and a judge spent 30 minutes in chamber before reaching the decision to increase the bail to $200,000, allowing the actress to stay out of jail if she pays the higher amount.

Lohan has protested her innocence on her Twitter page where she wrote;

“It’s physically impossible considering I’ve nothing for it to go off (sic). All these false reports are absolutely wrong.

‘This is all because of a FALSE accusation by tabloids & paparazzi & it is (expletive) disgusting.

‘I’ve been more than I’m compliance (sic) & feeling great.”

Whenever we hear the name Lindsay Lohan these days it’s rarely a good story but it appears that if it’s not the actress misbehaving it’s her parents that are sharing the family secrets.

Today’s news is mainly about the American actress continuing to self-harm with photographs emerging showing the extent of the mutilation.

This week, the mother Dina, had an alleged telephone conversation leaked while talking with her former husband Michael Lohan, claiming that Lindsay was having a secret affair with Heath Ledger when he died.

The parents, who are now divorced, were well known for the turbulent relationship and with her father being in trouble with the law on numerous occasions.  He was jailed in 1998 for a probation violation and again in 2000 for violating an order of protection, preventing him seeing his children.

In 2007 and 2008, despite previously speaking fondly of her family and her father, the actress announced that she was no longer in contact with Michael, describing his unpredictable behaviour hard to deal with.

The 23-year-old, is well known for her enjoyment of the party scene and in 2006 was attending ‘Alcoholics Anonymous’.  In January 2007, Lindsay entered a rehabilitation facility where she completed a 30-day stay but in May of the same year she was involved in a minor car accident and was charged with driving under the influence.  Allegedly cocaine was also found in her vehicle and the actress headed back to another rehab facility for a 45-day stint.

In July 2007, not only did Lindsay fail a sobriety test she was also found to be in possession of cocaine and was once again charged and had her driving license suspended.

In the latest alleged phone call between the parents, her mother stated that she is drinking again and fears that time is now running out for her daughter and that she is scared!

This young girl looks much older than her years and I feel that if she is not given the help she needs soon she isn’t going to be around much longer!

A fake

Kerry Katona sinks to a new low as she offers one of her breast implants for sale on eBay and even worse than that, some sicko has bid up to £1,550 for it.

To be fair, it is in a good cause, but why would you actually want to buy that!  The implant is part of an auction for the Breast Cancer Campaign and Katona and her husband had pledged to donate £500 on top of the sale price.

Last year, Alesha Dixon donated her £7,500 wedding dress to the campaign, take not Katona, something worth making a bid on, whatever the cause.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson continue with their car-crash relationship but this time it was Ronson that sped away leaving Lohan fuming.

Apparently, Lohan made a surprise visit to the club where Ronson was to DJ, but as soon as Ronson’s set was over she left the club without telling her girlfriend who was seen ranting and raving before getting into her own car and following.

Allegedly, Ronson was annoyed that Lohan had turned-up at the Las Vegas venue after she had driven herself to the club alone.  The two then kicked-off in the DJ booth, as soon as her set was over Ronson jumped in her porsche and sped off.

Vanishing Act

What is going on with Lindsay Lohan?  Several photographs have been posted recently of her almost reaching vanishing point!

Her spokesperson allegedly issued a statement saying,

“Lindsay is aware that she’s lost some weight due to stress, but we recently did a photo shoot and she ate two full meals.”

This is the same spokesperson that claimed that Lohan was clean just before she was given her drink driving conviction.

That girl needs some help and fast!

Pete Doherty was the feature of an MTV documentary at the weekend and he doesn’t seem to see anything at all wrong with the way he lives!

The singer rented the £1million country mansion in Wiltshire owned by the Earl of Cardigan, after he was told he could not live at a London postcode address as part of his probation order.

During the documentary, Doherty admitted to having had a couple of run-ins with the estate manager and the owner of the property due to it’s condition, but I think after they have seen it now he may get his marching orders sooner rather than later.

The walls are covered in writing and cat prints and the floors are littered with everything else you can imagine.  As well as him living their he also has thirteen cats which use dirty litter trays seen in various rooms throughout.  He is one filthy, dirty bast**d!

Fight

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson started the New Year the same way as they ended the last one with a huge fight.

The pair were hosting a New Year’s Eve party at a Miami nightclub when Lohan apparently kicked-off and then told Ronson that she was supposed to follow her if she stormed off.

According to American reports they left the nightclub and started to physically fight in a grotty alley before returning to their hotel where they continued in front of horrified guests.

They continued until security was called and separated the two after their brawl spilled out of their room into the hallway.

The room was also reported to have been trashed and photographs were taken before they left together for their flight to Los Angeles.

Lohan was allegedly inconsolable on the flight and was asked if she would like to disembark but she chose to continue and just carried on with the dramatic crying, glad I wasn’t sat next to her!

Looks like Lindsay Lohan is back on the booze after being caught on a hidden security camera at a nightclub in Washington DC in October.

She was filmed reaching for a bottle of vodka hidden under a shelf and pouring a big glass full before adding Red Bull and taking several swigs.

Mind you, if I was sleeping with Sam Ronson, which I definitely wouldn’t be, I would need quite a bit of Vodka too.  I can’t see the point with sleeping with a bloke without a willy!

Sean Stewart, son of rocker Rod, has had a case against him resolved in Los Angeles, after reaching a settlement under private mediation.

Stewart was being sued over a fight in a nightclub in Hollywood, which left a man with a broken nose and other injuries in 2006.

Stewart is one of the current celebrities taking part in the latest edition of the TV Reality show “Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew”.

He has been in rehab a couple of times before and has admitted to drinking and taking Ecstasy, Vicodin and cocaine at just 13-years-of-age and by the time he was 19-years-old, he was using heroin daily.

His famous father even cut off his monthly allowance but the brat was in jail by 2002 for assault and was then arrested again for drug offences after being given bail.

Why he was given a monthly allowance I don’t know, perhaps if these celebrity kids learnt to stand on their own two feet from an early age, they might bother doing something with their lives!

Fur Protester

Brat, Lindsay Lohan was pelted by a Peta protester in the early hours of Saturday morning, after turning up at VIP Room Theatre in Paris, allegedly wearing fur.

As Lohan was escorted from her chauffeur driven car followed by he/she Samantha Ronson, a woman threw a huge bag of flour over her, and when asked why she had done it, replied it was because she wears fur.

Of course, he/she got straight on to her MySpace blog to add her thoughts to the incidence by saying,

“The girl who threw (the flour) acted like an animal herself.  I take that back, it’s an insult to animals to group her in with them, my dog is FAR more civilised than that person.”

“I think there are plenty of families that could have used that flour for a nice meal.  Nice job, lady”.

Can’t actually think of any meals I could have made with that flour, but yes, your right Samantha, Nice job, lady, good for you.
