The Sun claims that the chemistry went missing as soon as the couple were out of the spotlight and suggests that Reid will be more hurt than Price as the former model was the fighters ‘meal ticket, and he knows it.’

The couple were married in private but decided to cash in with a much more public ceremony which was broadcast on their ITV2 reality show Katie & Alex: For Better For Worse.

Keen to increase her family, Katie has recently resorted to IVF treatment in a bid to concieve, leading to speculation that Alex has a problem in that department, something the pair were quick to play down.

Katie Price made an appearance on ‘This Morning’ yesterday and as usual opened her mouth before her brain was in gear by stating that children who’s parents are divorced are lucky really as they get extra presents and trips etc.

During her interview with Eamon Holmes and his wife Ruth Langsford, the model admitted that she did not speak to her ex-husband Peter Andre, it was all done through solicitors.

Katie aka Jordan, appeared on the show to promote her new book which of course has not been written by her and declared that the sales are going really well, despite reports in the media that this is not the case.

Mrs Reid also defended her use of botox after telling the couple that she “looked like a chipmunk” she went onto say that as it’s not permanent there is nothing wrong with it, before blaming her family and friends for having more!

Despite her recent single being released and flopping, the model pledged that she would carry on singing as she enjoyed doing it, never mind about the rest of us then!

Is there anything left to learn about one time model Jordan, now known by her real name Katie Price?

As if the media coverage of everything the girl does is not enough, Price has informed the world via GMTV from Los Angeles that she is ready to tell her story on the big screen and is currently brokering a deal with film producers for the project which will be based on her already published diaries.

The tell all movie will cover Price’s childhood and sudden rise to fame as a glamour model, covering her high profile relationships and new found glory as a writer and TV reality star.

“I’ve got four autobiographies – well they’re four diaries. I’ve found a producer and he’s already got three of them. I’m giving him the other one and that’s what they’re doing,” she said.

She added that she would not be giving out any information about the film, although that is surely already in her books, but promises that it is going to be a ‘mad film’.

As we all now know Katie Price has left the jungle in the latest version of ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here’ after enduring seven consecutive ‘Bushtucker Trials’.

While talking to Ant & Dec, the model announced that she is also now on her own after dumping her cage fighting boyfriend Alex Reid.

As Katie left the camp she was greeted by her best friend Michelle Heaton, who informed her of Alex’s plan to propose, possibly live on TV.  Family and friends have been advising Katie to get rid of Alex for sometime and now it appears that she has finally taken notice.

Reid announced last week that he was heading to Australia to propose to the model but on his arrival at the hotel where Katie is staying, she informed him that the relationship is over and that she is better on her own.

It seems that Katie has finally seen the error of her ways and said;

“The past seven months I’ve acted like a right twit. I’m sorry if I upset people. It made me reflect on things. I’ve come out of here a new person.”

The girl maybe one of the biggest brats out there but you have to admit she has got guts and she faces what ever she gets thrown at her.   While she’s been in the jungle she appears to have realised that she needs to get back on track and grow-up, she’s a mother now not Jordan, the young, free, single girl that she was!

So was this all a publicity stunt, has Katie Price once again played for the sympathy vote?  At the end of the day, she has managed to humiliate another person in front of the media, does this woman not do anything in private!

'closure of fairytale' romance

Katie Price has announced that her return to the I’m A Celebrity Jungle caper will enable her to put an end to the ‘fairytale’, five years after finding romance in her original Jungle experience, with the hapless Peter Andre.

Price who arrived on the show after the other contestants had plenty to say about the upcoming experience;

“I’m going back in because it’s an amazing experience, I’m a working mum and I want closure on the fairytale that I had. I’ve got no agenda, I’m not going to act any different, I’m just going to be myself. Obviously I’m more mature, I’m wiser and I shall just be myself. I don’t think I’ve got any advantage over any other person going there apart from I’ve experienced how hungry they really make you!”

Comparing her expected performance with that of her reality fly on the wall show on ITV2, Price said:

“People see the real me on the reality show, to be honest, but this is a different kind of show. This is putting you through the test of starving you, making you do challenges, you know, living in an extreme way. So it’s completely different to the reality show. But like I say, I’ll just be myself.”

Katie Price and Peter Andre have put there differences to one side after Price’s seven year old son Harvey was rushed to hospital suffering with breathing difficulties and suspected Swine Flu.

Price, who had been on a book signing tour was alerted to Harvey’s condition by the child’s nanny. She immediately cancelled her business commitments to rush to Harvey’s bedside in a hospital in Redhill Surrey.

Price allegedly told friends, “I have to be there for Harvey. He’s my little angel and he needs his mummy.” Although Harvey is not Peter Andre’s child his relationship with the child is such that he felt he had to be there at the hospital.

Harvey will be kept in hospital and monitored for 48 hours as doctors fear he could develop complications from the illness which is especially dangerous for children.

Price is nominated by the UK public alongside nineteen other celebrity mothers and follows a turbulent year for the model who has run a marathon and published a best selling book as well as splitting up with her husband of three and a half years.

Among the perhaps more deserving but less glamorous celebrities nominated for the award is Samantha Cameron who has had to deal with the loss of her son Ivan earlier this year. She has been supporting her husband at the recent Conservative party conference as well as caring for their two children.

The list includes three former Spice Girls, Geri Halliwell, Mel B and Emma Bunton but there is no nomination for Victoria Beckham. The public are invited to check out the full list of 20 nominees and vote for their choice before November 1st at the Bounty Celebrity Mum website.

The winner will be announced at a ceremony on  November 4th.

While the world suffers during one of the worst economic crisis, the cost of Simon Cowell’s 50th birthday party event could have fed a whole country.

The extravagant celebration, which was said to have cost around £1 million, may have attracted some of the best-known names around the world but do they really act any better than the drunken revellers spilling out of the local pubs on a Saturday night.

Kate Moss was allegedly so drunk that she had to be rescued by her boyfriend Jamie Hince before she collapsed after previously banning any photographs from taking any photo’s of her at the party.  David Hasselhoff was allegedly escorted from the event after just a couple of hours of hard partying while Jordan was said to have been drinking at the bar from the moment she arrived and was paralytic and fuming that her boyfriend was on stage dancing with some lingerie models.

On arrival at the 18th Century mansion of Wrotham Park in Hertfordshire, guests were treated to a huge image of the party boy, projected onto the walls.  The toilets were said to feature tanks full of baby sharks and paintings by Michelangelo had been superimposed with the face of Cowell.

There was no forgetting who the celebration was in aid of with waiters serving  food to the guests donning Cowell face masks, and even the soup being served spelt out the name of the music mogul.

On a positive note, Simon did ask that instead of giving him gifts, he would prefer if they would donate money to his charity.  It’s not the fact that he’s very rich that’s the problem but more the way the wealth of these people is displayed despite all the work they do for charity, it’s what is shown to the public that causes the resentment.

Following the awful revelations that she had been raped ‘more than once’ when she was younger, she has now announced that she was actually raped by a famous celebrity, but stops short of naming names.

Despite Price insisting that Peter Andre knows all about the incident and perpetrator, her ex looks blank whenever he is questioned about the incident.

The former model says she has no idea why Andre would deny knowing the truth, telling OK magazine, “He’s not the Pete I knew any more. He’s being really cruel when he knows exactly who did it.”

“A famous celebrity raped me and Peter knows who it was. It was years ago before I was with Pete, and my friends and family knew about it at the time.”

Jordan

Katie Price, formerly known as Jordan, has been all over the news again this week and not one of the stories was anything to be proud of.

Recently, Jordan made her appearance at the blessing of two gay friends, along with new boyfriend and eldest son Harvey, where she allegedly had a huge row with Nicola McLean in front of horrified guests.  The over-inflated model, had apparently earlier taken part in a karaoke session, rather the worse for wear, she attempted to sing a Whitney Houston song.  It was reported back to Price, in error, that her singing had been unbelievably criticised, as well as a lot of pointing directly into McLean’s face, she was heard to say, several times “I’m not an awful singer”.

Later in the evening, it was reported that the ‘awful singer’ was seen sat in the middle of the dance floor crying, although I can’t say I believe that bit, although it wouldn’t surprise me totally, that girl really shouldn’t drink!

The next report claims that Price is now planning a baby with her new fame-seeking boyfriend Alex Reid, hardly seems the sort of bloke that you would want to settle down with and have a child but then normally what Jordan wants, Jordan gets.

Who in their right mind would want to settle down with someone that sends his girlfriend of a decade, away on holiday so he can get it on with another woman, seems such a nice man doesn’t he!
